Night Away for Two

  1. The One Night Away offer entitles two adults to stay for one night at a participating hotel, in a standard double or twin room, on a room only basis free of charge, with no obligation to purchase meals or beverages.
  2. This offer can only be redeemed by the eligible customer this gift was issued to and cannot be transferred, gifted or sold.
  3. Bookings can only be made 1-14 days in advance of your first night's stay. Same day bookings and bookings made further than 14 days in advance cannot be accepted.
  4. Please refer to your accompanying letter for details of when you need to book and take your stay by.
    Bookings can only be made by the person, to whom this offer was issued.
  5. The One Night Away offer can only be redeemed against the cost of accommodation at participating hotels, featured on www.onenightfree.co.uk/taketime.
  6. Bookings can only be made via the dedicated The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) Reservations Department on 01565 831 816 any booking or enquiries made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.
  7. When redeeming your One Night Away offer, you must provide three hotel and date choices – MLP will check availability of your selection in choice order. For example, your first chosen hotel will be classed as your
    preferred hotel.
  8. Extra nights’ accommodation, room upgrades, additional guests, special facilities or any other such supplement are chargeable and are to be prepaid for at the time of booking.
  9. If booking more than one night's accommodation up to 100% of any additional nights will be charged.
  10. Bookings are made on a non-transferable basis; rooms are pre-paid for and reserved prior to arrival in accordance with the original booking.
  11. If a booking is cancelled your Unique Booking Code will become void and no monies will be refunded. Any changes to your booking will be treated as a cancellation.
  12. Children are subject to the individual hotel's normal children rates and reservations. Children may not utilise
    the offer.
  13. Bookings are subject to the hotel's availability for the offer. This availability will fluctuate throughout the year.
    Some hotels operate a strict room allocation policy for promotional bookings.
  14. This offer is not available on Public or Bank Holidays in the UK- i.e. Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas Day,
    Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Availability may be limited throughout the whole of December and other key annual periods e.g. Mother’s Day and school holidays.
  15. The offer applies to bookings made in advance and does not apply to guests altering a visit after a booking

  16. Any payment for meals, beverages, room service, mini-bar, and phone calls in addition to the offer will need to be settled with the hotel at the time of purchase or when checking out of the hotel, in respect of this credit/debit card details will be required to be provided to the hotel on check-in.
  17. MLP are not liable to cover any additional costs with regard to damage incurred to property or goods, in respect of this credit/debit card details will be required by the venue on check-in.
  18. Prices for hotels featured, extra nights, room upgrades, and meals are valid at date of this offer going live but may be liable to change.
  19. A maximum of one Unique Booking Code can be used on a single booking / per stay.
  20. Separate bookings, which are believed to be part of the same party, may not combine their unique booking numbers to create a consecutive night stay.
  21. Each hotel has confirmed its willingness to participate within this promotion. The Promoter or any associated partner cannot be held responsible for any hotel subsequently declining acceptance of a booking using the offer.
  22. The terms and conditions of each hotel apply.
  23. Cost of travel to the hotel and the cost of any travel or holiday insurance associated with the use of the One
    Night Away Offer is excluded and is entirely at the expense of each individual. Spending money is not included within the offer.
  24. MLP and any associated partner shall not be liable for any failure or breach by individual hotels and accept no responsibility for any loss suffered by any participant of the promotion.
  25. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discount schemes or cards generated by either the participating hotels or MLP.
  26. The Promoter or any associated partner accepts no liability for loss caused, damage to property or personal injury whilst on the premises of individual hotels, whether caused by the acts or omission of any third party.
  27. No cash alternatives will be offered.
  28. The Promoter or any associated partner reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw this offer without prior written notice at their absolute discretion.

Competition

  1. Customers must have registered and activated their membership account with Take Time to be able to enter this competition. Once logged in to your account select the 'Enter' button to be entered into this competition.
  2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of The Marketing Lounge Partnership Ltd (MLP) and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. Only one entry per customer is permitted.
  4. Entry to this competition closes on 15th December 2019. All entries must be made before this date.
  5. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 17th December 2019.
  6. The winner will receive an email by 20th December 2019. This will give further details on how to book the night away for two.
  7. MLP will concierge the booking on behalf of the winner and bookings will be made subject to availability.
  8. The winner has until 20th June 2020 to book their gift.
  9. This prize cannot be negotiated, transferred or exchanged and no cash alternative or part-cash alternative will be offered.
  10. Cancellations: With effect of any cancellations, your unique code will therefore become void.
  11. MLP or any associated partner shall not be liable for any failure or breach by individual hotels and accept no responsibility for any loss suffered by any participant of the promotion.

  13. It is the winners’ responsibility to comply (at their own expense) with any laws requiring payment of any tax, duty, levy or similar impost relating to the award of any prize, and the Promoter shall have no responsibility in respect thereof.
  14. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  15. MLP reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the prize draw and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms or any instructions forming part of the prize draw’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the prize draw or won using fraudulent means.
  16. MLP may amend the Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition at its discretion and without incurring liability as a result.
  17. If a winner is in breach of these terms or MLP is unable to reach a winner after reasonable attempts or a winner advises MLP that they do not want their prize or cannot use their prize, they will be disqualified, and an alternative winner will be randomly drawn.
  18. MLP will not be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this prize draw or as a result of your participation in the prize draw or as a result of your winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any prize, or if the prize draw does not run as planned. This clause does not seek to exclude the liability of the Promoter for (a) death or personal injury caused by the Promoter or their group companies and contractors’ negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for the Promoter to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability.
  19. The competition will be cancelled if the competition is prohibited by law, in breach of applicable legislation, other provisions or where there is a conflict.

  21. Neither MLP nor Take Time Ltd do not undertake responsibility or liability for any goods sold or offered for sale or any works carried out by any third parties’ suppliers and provide absolutely no direct or implied warranties for the services provided.
