The Millers Hotel sits in the sleepy Leicestershire village of Sibson. It’s a delightful rural setting and also makes a great base for exploring this fascinating county. Thoughtfully converted from the old village bakery it’s brimming with character and original features including a working mill wheel in the oak-beamed bar.
Accommodation
Each of the hotel’s 38 en-suite bedrooms has been tastefully furnished to embrace the building's history, but with contemporary touches to provide a modern hotel stay. The beds are large and comfortable and the bathrooms are bright and fresh, ensuring your stay will be relaxing and restoring. You can also connect to the free Wi-Fi throughout your stay and enjoy a cuppa in your room with the tea and coffee-making facilities.
Dining
You’ll find a characterful and traditional setting befitting its former life as a bakery where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cask ale after a busy day. If it’s cold outside you can stay in the warmth, but if the sun’s out, head out to the enclosed terrace. At The Millers Hotel, they serve a hearty selection of pub classics, from sizzling steaks and succulent burgers to lighter bites, all freshly cooked in the restaurant.
This is a pet-friendly hotel. There is limited availability for their rooms for pets, which are offered on a first come, first served, basis.
