Situated in the heart of Swindon’s Old Town, The Goddard Arms is in an old converted coaching inn with history and character where horse-drawn coaches used to change horses en route to their next destination. The building is partially listed and shows off some great architecture and period features.
Accommodation
The rooms have flat-screen televisions, complimentary Wi-Fi access, en-suite bathrooms, a hairdryer, toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. Most of the rooms also have a desk for those that need to do a bit of work and a bath so you can relax at the end of a long day.
Dining
As you would expect to find from a warm and friendly family pub, their food and drink menus offer great quality and range, no matter when you visit them.The main bar and restaurant serve food and drinks all day including Sundays and the pub is renowned for its hearty roast dinners. The bar is also acclaimed for it's great selection of real ales and wines.
