1. Do I have to purchase meals or beverages?

You can stay at your chosen hotel completely free of charge on a room only basis, you are not required to purchase evening meals or beverages.
All additional charges for meals, beverages, room service, mini-bar needs to be settled directly with the venue.

2. Can I choose whichever hotel I like?

All venues featured within the supporting website or brochure are available to select for your stay.
Please note that dates are subject to availability and the venues continuation within the promotion.

3. What does my voucher entitle me too?

This offer permits two adults to enjoy one complimentary night away, in a participating venue, in a standard double or twin room.

4. How long is the offer valid for?

The date you need to book and take your stay by will be found on your covering letter or email.

5. What facilities do the hotels have to offer?

All hotels in the promotion have a symbol guide, which will enable you to view the facilities available.

6. I've received a brochure containing a list of hotels - are there more hotels available?

The accompanying brochure features a small selection of participating hotels, the website details the full selection for this promotion.

7. Can I arrange to have an upgraded room or add incremental items e.g. chocolates, flower or champagne?

Information on room upgrades and optional extras are featured in the supporting brochure or website, for further information please contact
the Reservation Department.

8. Can we bring our children?

The offer entitles you to a standard double or twin room for two adults on a room only basis, upgrades to a family room are subject to
the venues’ availability and child policy.

9. Can I contact the hotel and book directly with them?

All booking enquiries are to be made through our Reservations Department, any bookings made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.

10. Do all venues have adaptive access?

Please let the Reservations Department know of any requirements that we need to make the venue aware of. Whilst every hotel will endeavour to accommodate personal requirements, not all will feature adaptive access.
