1. What does my free Night Away entitle me too?
This offer permits two adults to enjoy one complimentary night away, in a participating featured venue, in a standard double or twin room with breakfast for two people.

2. How do I book?
Booking is easy! Simply browse this website to find a hotel that suits you - there's over 200 hotels spanning across the UK so plenty of choice. You can book 1 to 14 days in advance of the date you wish to stay. Pick a few suitable hotel options and a few suitable dates and give our friendly Reservations Team a call on 01565 831816. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays.

When you call, just quote the Unique Booking Code on your gift letter and we'll do the rest for you.

3. Do I have to purchase meals or beverages?
You can stay at your chosen hotel completely free of charge on a room only basis and you are not required to purchase evening meals or beverages.

All additional charges for meals, beverages, room service, mini-bar need to be settled directly with the venue.

4. Can I choose whichever hotel I like?
All venues featured within the supporting website are available to select for your stay. Please note that dates are subject to availability and the venues continuation within the promotion.

5. How long is the offer valid for?
The date you need to book and take your stay by will be found on your gift letter.

6. What facilities do the hotels have to offer?
All hotels in the promotion have a symbol guide, which will enable you to view the facilities available.

7. Can I arrange to have an upgraded room or add incremental items e.g. chocolates, flower or champagne?
Information on room upgrades and optional extras are featured in the supporting website. Or, you can ask our friendly Reservations Team for more hotel information when you call us to book.

8. Can we bring our children?
The offer entitles you to a standard double or twin room for two adults on a room only basis. Upgrades to a family room are subject to
the venues’ availability and child policy and will be chargeable to the gift holder.

9. Can I contact the hotel and book directly with them?
All booking enquiries are to be made through our Reservations Department and any bookings made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.

10. Do all venues have adaptive access?
Please let the Reservations Department know at the time of booking of any requirements that we need to make the venue aware of. Whilst every hotel will endeavour to accommodate personal requirements, not all will feature adaptive access.

11. Can I travel due to COVID-19?
There are no current restrictions on travel within England. You should check the rules at your destination if you’re planning to travel to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, or Ireland as there may be restrictions in place. Do not travel if you have COVID-19 symptoms or are self-isolating.

12. Will there be any restrictions at the hotels due to COVID-19?
The hotel you choose to attend may have their own COVID-19 restrictions and may not admit you to stay if you display symptoms of COVID-19. Please also be aware, that in line with social distancing and crowd control there may be capacity restrictions applied to individual venues which could affect room avaliabilty. Please ensure you visit the website of your chosen hotel before booking.
